Are we locked into a Vanco contract?
Most Vanco contracts are annual or longer. Check your contract terms — most churches plan the switch to align with the renewal date to avoid early termination fees.
What's the fee difference?
Vanco's all-in fees commonly run 3.0-3.5% on cards. MosesTab uses Stripe at 2.9% + 30¢ with no platform markup. ACH on MosesTab is 0.8% capped at $5. Most churches see meaningful fee reduction after switching.
Will church management features replace what we have?
MosesTab covers members, events, volunteers, check-in, and communications. If you've been using Vanco purely for giving and have a separate ChMS, MosesTab consolidates both into one subscription.
