What are MosesTab's processing fees?
MosesTab uses Stripe for payment processing at standard Stripe rates (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) plus a 1% MosesTab platform fee — so all-in card fees are roughly 3.9% + $0.30.
Will recurring donors need to re-authorize?
Yes. PCI compliance prevents transferring stored card numbers between platforms, so recurring donors re-authorize on the new MosesTab giving page.
Can we use kiosks with MosesTab?
MosesTab supports kiosk and tablet giving via the standard web giving page. Churches can run the MosesTab giving page on a tablet in kiosk mode.
