Will recurring donors need to re-authorize?
Yes. PCI compliance prevents transferring stored card numbers between platforms. A clear email explaining the switch typically moves 80%+ of recurring donors within two weeks.
Can we keep using SecureGive's church kiosks?
MosesTab supports kiosk and tablet giving via the standard web giving page. Existing SecureGive hardware may need replacing depending on the model — most churches use a generic tablet running the MosesTab giving page in kiosk mode.
