MosesTab uses Stripe for payment processing at standard Stripe rates (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) plus a 1% MosesTab platform fee — so all-in card fees are roughly 3.9% + $0.30.
Do donors need to download an app?
No. MosesTab's giving portal works directly in the browser. Donors can give from any device with nothing to download. They can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay for one-tap giving.
Can we set up recurring giving?
Yes. Donors can set up recurring gifts through MosesTab's giving portal. They choose their amount, frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), and payment method.
