How do Gift Aid claims work in MosesTab?
MosesTab generates the HMRC Charities Online Gift Aid CSV in the schedule format HMRC expects, and tracks each donor's active declaration automatically. You upload the file through the Government Gateway.
Does MosesTab integrate with Bacs?
Yes. MosesTab supports Bacs Direct Debit collection at Bacs interchange rates (typically £0.20–£0.50 per transaction) instead of card processing fees. For recurring giving from active members, this is a meaningful cost reduction over card-based giving.
Can we keep ChurchSuite running during the switch?
Yes. Run both platforms in parallel for a quarter so you can verify Gift Aid claims and giving records before you move over fully.
