This list covers platforms with a free plan or a free way to start, and notes whether the free option is a full plan, a giving-only tier, a trial, or an app included with another product.

Planning Center People and the Church Center app are always free, and every other Planning Center product has a free tier based on usage — for example, 5 team members in Services or 10 monthly donations in Giving. Paid tiers start at $15/mo per product.
Giving app and online giving for places of worship and nonprofits
Givelify says it has no signup or monthly fees and charges 2.9% + $0.30 per donation (3.5% + $0.30 for American Express). It describes itself as "the app built for giving" and integrates with several ChMS platforms.
Church giving, church management, apps and websites
Tithe.ly's Free Giving plan is $0/mo plus standard processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction), and Tithely People is also free. Church Management, apps and Sites are sold separately or bundled in All Access at $119/mo.
Church mobile app from Ministry Brands
MinistryOne is a church mobile app from Ministry Brands. Its site says that when you join a compatible giving or church management platform, the full-featured app is included at no extra cost; pricing for a custom-branded app is not published.
Church online giving and church management from Ministry Brands
easyTithe, a Ministry Brands product, publishes giving plans from $19/month, and easyTithe Pro (giving, church management and a mobile app) is $75/month. New customers can try it free until the next billing cycle.
