This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the products and services offered by MosesTab, Inc. ("MosesTab," "we," "us," or "our"). It covers two separate things: (1) subscription payments that churches and organizations make to MosesTab for access to our church management software, and (2) donations and tithes that members give to a church through MosesTab. These are treated very differently, so please read the section that applies to you.
Our paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com, which acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a paid plan, your order and any refund are processed by Paddle in accordance with this policy.
MosesTab offers a free Starter plan as well as paid plans (Growth and Pro), which are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can start on the free plan with no credit card required, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
We want you to be confident in MosesTab. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days of that charge. To qualify:

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Outside of the 14-day money-back guarantee described above, payments for the current or previous billing periods are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
Approved subscription refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, it typically takes around 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Donations, tithes, and other gifts that members make to a church through MosesTab are notcovered by the subscription refund terms above. When a member gives, the funds are processed directly to that church's own connected payment account — MosesTab does not hold or control these funds.
Because each church receives its own donations, refunds for a donation or tithe are handled by the church that received the gift, and each church may set its own terms for donation refunds. If you would like a refund for a donation:

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of MosesTab after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
