What is a vCard QR code?
A vCard QR code contains contact information in a standardized format. When scanned, it prompts the user's phone to add the contact to their address book. It can include name, organization, phone, email, website, and address.
How do visitors save the contact?
When someone scans the QR code with their smartphone camera, they'll see a prompt to add the contact to their phone's address book. It takes just one tap - no manual typing required.
What information should I include?
At minimum, include your church name and main phone number. We recommend also adding: office email, website URL, and physical address. You can also include a staff member's name if the QR code is for a specific person.
Where should I use contact QR codes?
Great places include: visitor welcome packets, church bulletins, business cards for staff, signs at the welcome desk, community outreach flyers, and anywhere you want to make it easy for people to save your contact info.
Does it work on all phones?
